Mori Building MICE Media FAM Trip 2014

虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラムおよびアンダーズ東京による海外マーケティングの一環として、「Mori Building MICE Media FAM Trip 2014」を開催し、施設の認知度を上げるとともに、プレ、アフターMICEで利用できる、サービスを紹介しました。

虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラム、アンダーズ東京、グランドハイアット東京のインスペクション、エルメスエディションのヘリコプターへの試乗、愛宕グリーンヒルズに位置するお寺での座禅体験、愛宕神社へのお参り、伝統文化販売店舗の見学など、虎ノ門エリアで体験できる様々ものを体験・見学頂きました。

晴天に恵まれたヘリコプターへの試乗は、東京の都市のスケールに圧巻され大興奮。虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラムでのサプライズ歌舞伎公演は、海外メディアの皆様の興味を引いていました。

As part of its marketing activities for its Toranomon Hills Forum facility and the boutique hotel Andaz Tokyo, Mori Building conducted MICE Media FAM Trip 2014 for the purpose of enhancing the presence of the facilities and introducing services to enrich enjoyment of participants’ free time prior to and following MICE activities.

Participants were escorted through the Toranomon area to take part in a variety of activities including site visits to Toranomon Hills Forum, the Andaz Tokyo and the Grand Hyatt Tokyo; a fabulous aerial tour of the city aboard a limited-edition Hermes helicopter; a rare opportunity to experience “zazen,” or Zen meditation at Seishoji Temple, near the Toranomon Hills facility; prayer at the Atago Shrine, and visits to shops in the area selling traditional cultural goods.

The weather was absolutely ideal for the helicopter ride, and the passengers showed their amazement at the magnitude of the city. Tour participants were later treated to a surprise “kabuki” performance, and appeared entranced as they looked on.
Tour participants shared their impressions of their visit:
・The world’s attention will no doubt turn toward Tokyo as it’s been named to stage the 2020 Summer Olympics.
・The view of the city from the helicopter made such a strong impression on me. It looked so clean and it was just beautiful.
・I hope to see Tokyo transform into a “sexy” city – an exciting, trend-setting metropolis.
・The spirit of hospitality, kindness and the true character of Japanese people were all very evident.
