As a preventive measure in the event of a disaster and to ensure the safety of all attendees,
the Academyhills Sales Office Forum Group at Mori Building kindly requests
that all facility users read and observe the following.
1. Regarding Event Operation and Management
- The User is asked to place the highest priority on preventive measures in the event of a disaster and ensuring the safety of all attendees during
facility usage.
- In the event of a disaster, the Event Administrator and event staff are requested to cooperate with Facility Operator staff and follow all instructions
toward ensuring the safety of all attendees.
- The User is asked to confirm emergency exits, evacuation routes, fire prevention/extinguishing systems and equipment and other steps necessary
in preparation for the occurrence of a disaster. Additionally, the Event Administrator will be asked to receive a briefing from the Facility Operator
concerning response in the event a disaster should occur.
- The Facility User is asked to provide an explanation concerning emergency exits and evacuation routes, and to distribute the Facility Introduction
for Visitors document prepared by the Facility Operator to all event staff.
- The User is asked to confirm those in attendance through the operation of a reception desk or other means for the purpose of identifying those in
attendance.
2. Prohibited Items and Activity
In the interest of fire prevention and preventing obstruction of evacuation routes during a disaster, the following are prohibited:
- Using any open flame or gas on the premises.
- Using or bringing onto the premises any and all flammable or combustible items or any item that poses a potential fire hazard.
- Smoking in areas that are not clearly designated by the Facility Operator as smoking areas.
- Exceeding the stated maximum capacity of the facility space.
- The set-up of any decoration or ornamentation that impedes fire-fighting efforts or evacuation routes in the event of a disaster.
3. Regarding Notifications When Holding an Event
When holding an event, it is necessary to submit prescribed notification to the Shiba Fire Station’s Fire Prevention Division. Please consult with the
Facility Operator concerning the items below to determine what is necessary to submit. (Further, it is necessary for the Facility User to notify/consult
directly with the Shiba Fire Station. Please make the necessary arrangements at your earliest convenience.)
- When unable to identify all attendees by name
- When expecting an extraordinarily large number of attendees
- When a member of the Imperial Family, a member of the Cabinet, or a state or official guest is scheduled to attend
- When the event includes an exhibition
