Each hall can be divided, and using them in conjunction with
meeting rooms enables up to 10 sessions to be conducted simultaneously.
The facility as a whole is the ideal size for gatherings such as a general assembly for 700 guests,
or an academic lecture with 350 people in attendance.
By using both floors, five sectional meetings can be held simultaneously by guiding participants to Hall A and Hall B after holding the keynote speech at the Main Hall. The foyer of Hall B can be used for a poster session or product display.
